AMCOL Systems, Inc. Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine South Carolina

I sent Amcol a certified letter requesting that they validate this debt they are attempting collect and is stating that I owe. Under the FDCPA I as a consumer have the right to request information to prove that I indeed owe the debt and the said amount. I have attached a copy of the certified receipt that is signed by - with Amcol. I have yet to get the information necessary for them to have before they can legally report or collect this debt. As of today -/-/2015 Amcol is still reporting invalidated debt that is detrimental my credit score and is defamation of my character. please look into this company 's deceptive practices and help me to resolve this matter quickly and efficiently.
