PayPal Debt Collection Complaint

PayPal Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Mississippi

I owe Billmelater/paypalcredit about $800.00 from - year. I 'm now - in college and I currently work - jobs. Billmelater/paypal credit closed my account and sent it into collections and I have been in contact with the new collectors, explaining my situation. Of course they 're -, So i have n't been taking calls from them. I have every intention on paying what is owed, but I 'm not going to go homeless to do it. Long story short, a man left a voice mail on my phone threatening to have me arrested from my home or job. I googled the phone number and found out that he is a bill collector. He did n't even say who he was. I 'm pretty sure that is illegal.
