June 2, 2015 - I have had a PayPal account for about 8 years now in good standing. Recently my account was locked and all of my funds are unavailable while it 's locked. They say they WILL NOT under any circumstances unlock my PayPal account or give me access to my funds until - debts are paid from old PayPal accounts that do not even have my name on them, they are not mine and never were mine. April 25, 2015 - I owe Billmelater/paypalcredit about $800.00 from - year. I 'm now - in college and I currently work - jobs. Billmelater/paypal credit closed my account and sent it into collections and I have been in contact with the new collectors, explaining my situation.
