Hello, On -/-/- my bank account posted a $60.00 charge from Paypal credit ''. We contacted our local bank who told us we had to contact Paypal credit to dispute the transaction. We contacted Paypal credit, who recognized that there had been no activity on our account since -/-/- but they refused to acknowledge that the charge may be fraudulent. The summation of our dealing with Paypal credit customer service, was them saying that there was nothing they could do and advised us to keep better [ financial ] records ''. This is absolutely unacceptable that a business based in banking and credit is able to simply wash their hands of potential fraudulent behavior on their end and treat customers in this manner.
