I contacted my bank ( Wells Fargo ) regarding a debit from my account from - that I did not authorize. I filed a claim for $220.00 then $90.00. I was issued a temporary credit while they investigated. On -, I received a letter stating the investigation was closed and I authorized the transaction. The letter stated I could call the number and receive documentation that made my bank reach that judgement. The letter also stated that the temporary credit will be reversed 5 business days after -/-/15 ''. I called customer service to get information about my claim. I was told that it was closed but they still are in arbitration with - and I may in fact get my money back. They told me that - has until - - to respond again. I asked if they are still working to get the money back, why are they needing to reverse the credit. I was told that at that point they had to. No real answers. On -/-/2015 after -, the credit was reversed. I had outstanding debits because I was expecting them to reverse the credit when they said they would. I called and requested to speak with a manager. I was told they will have a manager call me back within 24-48hrs. No call back. I received a bill from -, showing where they reversed the payment of $220.00 and put it back on my bill. I contacted customer service on -, letting them know that - reversed that. I wanted to know why if - reversed it, why is my bank stating that the money was with -. I also let them know I never received a call from manager. The representative stated no one was available to assist me since it was escalated to manager, so I must wait for a call. She put in a - request. This is - and I still have n't heard anything.
