In 2013 I was offered a loan modification. As part of the modification I was charged $22000.00 in interest. Although I accepted the loan modification, Chase has not been able to explain to me why I was charged this amount of interest and why it was added to my loan balance. I have attached a copy of the loan modification showing the $22000.00 in interest.
