I just signed up for a PayPal Account in - 2015 and used it for about 3 months then i got a email that my account was on hold. I called in and they informed me that i have - other accounts that have negative balances - over $6000.00 and the other almost $3000.00. I am a victim of identity theft previously so i informed them of this and they told me to fax the information in. So i called FTC to get the affidavit sent to me with the pay pal accounts added to the list of accounts opened without my knowledge. I sent the information to papal and got denied - times and appealing. I was told pay pal was over the federal government and that i am being held responsible for both accounts and that they are going to keep my money its almost $700.00 in my pay pal account its messed me up and is putting all of my bills behind.
