Credit line increase/decrease Georgia

Tried getting a credit line increase on my Barclay card but had to go to their security to verify my identity. They initially pulled - but then I had to talk a different representative and they pulled - too and I want the hard pull removed from -. I 'm very livid that they would chose to do a different pull from a credit report despite the fact that I had only asked for the standard - pull inquiry. They did not inform me that they would n't be using the same - inquiry from the same day but pulling from a different bureau.
