Discover Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Maryland
I filed a police report and federal affidavit for - credit cards opened fraudulently in my name, - of the credit cards opened was a Discover account ending in -I forwarded the affidavit and police report to - - in the corporate office of Discover BankI received a letter -/-/2015 that the account was deemed fraud and all credit bureaus would be notified to remove any derogatory information from my credit file and Discover did remove the information being reported under -In - I received a copy of my credit report from Transunion and saw a DiscoverCard being reported and I do not have a Discover card! I called - -and she verified over the phone that their company assigned the account ending in - which was a fraud account a new account number ending in - and are now reporting those fraudulent charges to the credit bureaus!! I asked her why and she said she did n't know and would know something in a few days. I do not want any account reported to the credit bureau that are not my charges under any number ever again! Now my credit is being affected for another 30 days under the
that they were assigning these fraudulent charges a new account number and now reporting under the new number. It is a high balance and the charges are close to the credit line which now affect my credit scoreHow many times does a person have to be subjected to this? I want all charges that are not mine reported under account - and now under their newly assigned account number ending in - removed from the credit bureaus immediately. They are the same fraudulent charges just a new account number. I do not ever want any of these fraudulent charges that do not belong to me reported to any and all credit bureaus under any account number that were originally on the account ending in - or I will file with my lawyer and the attorney general 's office and the Federal Trade Commission! I am requesting this be corrected immediately and it better not happen again or I will sue not only for their fraudulent reporting but for my time to constantly have to correct this issue and for damages to my health as I am a stroke victim! - -CC : Maryland -- - -
