Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I went to Wellsfargo to open business checking account and was told by the accounts executive that the system has offered to open a credit card which has 0 % APR for - billing cycles.So I agreed to apply. After - billing cycles I saw finance charge and called the - # and was told that it was only for - billing cycles. I discussed above details and send me the account opening documents and was never provided with those till date. On multiple calls afterwards I was told they do n't have any such opening document and the - billing insert has the 0 % APR info. Now I have been charged a total of $160.00 in finance charges and even if they want to refund any they are looking at the least finance charge and would refund half of it. Still no info on the opening documents. I have a lot of accounts with WellsFargo and Credit Card is the only department I have issues with and this is the - time with a - business ( - issue was different ).
