There has been multiple issues within this same situation. 1 ) The vehicle description did not meet the actual product ( carfax information was different that what was sold to consumer *AA ) - -this was with an affiliated company2 ) Payments have been processed several time on the wrong dates. --3 ) Payments have been processed with other methods which were not authorized. --4 ) Contact with representatives has been rude and forceful.
