I had a individucal, that i gave a check to to build me a brick mailbox. After getting the check he did not show back up. I called him several times, and he would say that he was coming back out but did not show up. After 2 weeks we cancelled the check. 4 days later the individual cashed the check with ACE check cashing company. The company continually calls my wife and wants us to pay for the cancelled check, because the individual wo n't return the money. Im now getting calls from - from someone claming to be - - with -, -, and -. Threaten to sue for a $170.00 check cashed the individual with ACE Check Cashing in 2012.
