I was called on my cell phone by a man name - -, i was then transferred to a man named - - from credit card services. from there we called - of my credit card companies to ask for a lower interest rate. they prompted me that I would owe - $ and were aggressive in telling me i could not get off the phone or they would charge me. they had all my credit card information and last - digits of my social and my cell phone number. it was a very bad experience. i was transferred to the supervisor after i said i did not want to continue. his name was - -. the number they gave me was -, ext, -.
