I 've been a PayPal user for a few years but did n't know that PayPal charges fees for eBay buyers ( or any buyer and vendors! ) to receive refunds made by eBay vendors. Apparently, both the vendor and the buyer are charged a fee in a REFUND transaction!!! Seriously??? Yes, seriously! If that is not bad enough, in order to collect my refund, PayPal is making absolutely mandatory that I either shop more or link my Bank Account so I can cash in money that is mine in the - place! It 's what I call a - way robbery '' while they 're calling it a transaction fee ''!! Charged me to transfer money, no problem! But for me to RECEIVE A REFUND?? I have linked - credit cards to my PayPal account ; - of which is actually a - debit card linked to a joint account between my husband and I. I have


Account, I write back to the vendor, politely and kindly asking them to just replace the damaged item, while explaing my reason involving PayPal ridiculous demands and fees over refunds between vendors and consumers!!! The amount I have stuck '' on PayPal, although only $8.00, which should 've been $8.00, is just hanging '' there on PayPal and I can not access it unless linking a Bank Account, which I reserve the right to NOT do! Can imagine if we were talking thousdands of dollars here?? They already have access to - of my credit/debit - cards and - is a - - - Bank debit card!!! Whatelse do they need? I have written at least - complaints but received no word from PayPal. Could you please help? I 'd truly appreciate if you could offer any type of help or guidance as I do n't have a clue on what to do besides keep writing to -. They dare to steal my money, my time, and my peace as well! I am recovering from - spinal surgeries and heading to a knee surgery soon. Thanks so much and - blesses!
