I have been unable to update/view my credit report online with Equifax, I pay a monthly subscription for their service and have been unable to view/update my report since -/-/-. The following error message is received, Eval Code : - Status Code : -, Reason Code : -. I spoke to several reps, they said it was a technical issue and would be fixed but it is now been three days and still unresolved.
