Peaks private student loan quit contacting me for a year after bankruptcy now every 3 months I receive an email stating that I owe them money. I have pulled my credit report and it does say discharged due to chapter - bankruptcy. I have advised them of the bankruptcy my attorney information and the will still not quit contacting me
