My Macy 's bill was due - -. By - - I received - phone calls. The first call was at - and the last call was at -. On Sunday, - - I received another call at - -. On Monday, - -, received - more calls in the afternoon hours between -. On Tursday, - -, I received another - calls. - at - and the other later in the afternoon.on Wednesday, - - I received - more calls, the first coming in at - and the last at -. On Thursday, - -, I received a total of - phone calls. The - call was at -. After which, I went online and made a partial payment to try and subside the calls. I continued to receive the for calls after I made the partial payment. Later that evening when I got off work, I called and complained about the harassment. They made a note in my file. There was no apology, just blaming the automated system they have. I can understand calling a person once a day after there bill is late, but only being late by a week should not substantiate nearly - calls in that week alone.
