Our son purchased a vehicle and had it financed through Chase Bank. Our son - - -, 2015. We contacted Chase Bank in - and sent - Certificate and account information to Chase Bank probate department as instructed. In - we received past due billing notice, again. Again we contacted the customer service department and were assured that it would be taken care of. It is now - and we have received a past due and collection notice from Chase at our '' address. Our son lived at a different location and his loan had that address. Amazing they got our address but not the other information? Also, the vehicle was recovered by Chase Bank in -.
