- - applied for a modification on -/-/2015. A complete package was submitted including but not limited to all income verification, bank statements and application. The file was briefly reviewed by Valley Bank and it was determined that all income information would be needed again along with divorce documents and a quit claims deed. Due to the lack of income an affordable divorce attorney was hard to find. On -/-/2015 the quit claims deed was finalized and a new complete package was submitted to Valley Bank containing all documents requested. On -/-/2015 we contacted Valley Bank and were informed that the file is in line to be reviewed however, it had not yet been completed. We requested an escalation to a manager to have the review begin immediately. On -/-/2015 we contacted Valley Bank and we were informed that all previous income information submitted is being requested again with letters of explanation for deposits made and our request to postpone the sale would not be granted. We have submitted all documents requested however, because of the letters of explanations the sale will not be postponed. The sale is scheduled for -/-/2015.
