April 7, 2015 - - - applied for a modification on -/-/2015. A complete package was submitted including but not limited to all income verification, bank statements and application. The file was briefly reviewed by Valley Bank and it was determined that all income information would be needed again along with divorce documents and a quit claims deed. Due to the lack of income an affordable divorce attorney was hard to find.
