Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Louisiana

I requested that a Discover Credit Account be removed from my - credit file. The account lists me as an authorized user. I am not an authorized user on this account. I never gave my permission to be listed on this account. - and - removed this account from my file, but - has not after multiple requests.
