On - -, -/-/2015, a caller who identified herself as - - from Performant Recovery, called the CEO and the Chief Technology Officer of my employer. - of these company leaders are based in - and in separate offices, identifying herself as being from Performant and asked whether I was working. - officers informed the caller such calls were not allowed at work and that the caller should make any calls on a non-work number ( i.e. a personal number ). On - -, -/-/2015, a caller who identified herself as - - from Performant Recovery - called the New Hampshire office of my company. In the - of the - calls, she left a detailed phone message with the office that included identifying herself as a debt collector. A - call was made from this number - hours later, -. Prior to the - - violations, repeated hang-up calls have been made to the New Hampshire office of my employer from -. In several instances, a - telephone number, -, has also made hang-up calls to the New Hampshire office of my employer moments later after the - hang-up calls from the phone number ending in -. Since the - - violation, robo and/or hang-up calls from the - have been coming in daily ( including Saturdays now - to the New Hampshire office of my company. Note : on - -, I mailed notice to Performant via certified mail with return receipt requested to 1. demand they stop calling my place of employment and 2. put them on notice they have violated FDCPA plus similar consumer protection laws in Massachusetts and New Hampshire - I mailed a copy of my letter to Performant to the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection office - - - - - as well as mailed copies to the appropriate enforcement agencies in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
