JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,
Checking account Using a debit or ATM card New York
I had a bank account with Chase Bank, I was expecting - checks from a former employer, I had not checked my account all week when I checked on Monday and then Tuesday I saw - checks - of $1400.00 and another of around $900.00, I thought those were my checks, I went Wednesday to a Chase branch to withdraw the money to make certain adjustments to my vehicle and found out that my account had a week that it was frozen with restrictions because some one had stolen my card information and set up several deposits and withdrawals during the weekend which never reflected on my online banking with Chase. Chase failed to inform me via email, phone call, anything, I received a letter about a week later about my account being closed and the fraudulent checks being deposited on my account, after I had already filed a complaint with chase to release my funds that were on my account, Chase has denied my claims due to the fact that I had logged into my online banking and state I never reported the issue and claim the deposits were done with my ATM card, which I had with me at all times, I filed an executive complaint and emailed my work schedule proving that I was at work while all those transactions were being done.
