Originally complained about numerous harassing phone calls ( # - ) and, due to unemployment, how Key Bank refused to allow forbearance. Now, they have reported to the credit bureaus that I am 90 days late ( affecting credit score from - to - ), which is erroneous. Some month payments are doubled. I asked numerous times for a forbearance ( due to unemployment/ hardship - - to - ) and was refused. Monthly payment is $160.00.
