My wife and I contracted with a real estate agent for a short sale of our home. We notified all lenders, yet the - lender required repeats on many of our documents, claiming they were unreadable or expired. Finally we were told all of our documents had been referred to the committee. After a months wait we were told they did n't have our real estate agent 's email correctly and our file was now paused. Documents were unreadable or expired. We are in our - extension - expiring at -/-/- - with a viable buyer because of this process.
