VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Massachusetts

We received a tax abatement and our escrow payment and balance is not realistic for what needs to be paid. The company will not review the escrow until sometime - which is not fair. This is frustrating because we pay on time and pay extra each month to reduce the principal.
