Brief summary : It appears that there may be fraudulent activity on my - mother 's Wells Fargo account. Due to security concerns, Wells Fargo was unable to help us on the phone, and directed us to visit a retail location. The bank staff there ( -, PA ) were hostile, uninformed, and impossible to work with. Fraud is an important concern for all of us. Wells Fargo initiated contact with us to request follow-up, but their staff have completely failed to help.
