During deployment turning in my SCRA documents was misleading and stressful.I did n't get info to do so until I was - and away from home. I 've tried contacting the company to make payments.Back in - I even had a customer service agent take - payments without permission resulting in bounced checks and over drafts with my bank. I have to get a new bank account because of this so I could pay bills. I was told my account is under audit and I could n't getme account info or make accept payments at the time. I had the we can take payments / we will differ a paymen to help you catch up a few time while deployed. Then I 'm in Texas going through my - when I finally get help from someone. At that time I 'm told I 'm - payments behind! I 'm told they can differ a payment and help me get caught up. Before that could happen though they would have to take a payment to keep me out of repo and call me back about the deferment. i was never called back again except for another payment. To where at the


- -/-/2015 I 'm off active orders and told him I would try making both payments - -. He assured that will get on track. - - I get - letters - stating my intrest rate changed and a bill dated -/-/-/-/2015 that I now owe - by -/-/-/2015 and my payment is in collection. I called and was told a manager would look at my account and call me back - - of -. - - I 've had to call them. Collections tells me I owe - and they transfer me finance. I 'm told my account has never been audited and my payment is n't - ( results of a descrepancy from a retina audit '' letter sent - ) it 's not - per the bill sent -. Actually it 's - as of - w/ - as current owed
