It was a type of workers comp injury from being a - on which there is a WC case ( they also failed to check her a concussion not even doing a form as the neurologist says they should have but that is another story ) .. They billed me on my account ; I wrote them several times, not my bill, bill her separately and we can send it on to the wc and other insurers, Then when I paid on my bill and marked it was my bill only, they applied it to the charges that were not mine. They dunned me and sent it ... |
