My daughter who was then over - went to urgent care and signed in ; they even have the form. It was a type of workers comp injury from being a - on which there is a WC case ( they also failed to check her a concussion not even doing a form as the neurologist says they should have but that is another story ) .. They billed me on my account ; I wrote them several times, not my bill, bill her separately and we can send it on to the wc and other insurers, Then when I paid on my bill and marked it was my bill only, they applied it to the charges that were not mine. They dunned me and sent it to an outside bill collector. when I sent a cease and desist letter, do not contact, he then sent me a new demand for payment .Others on - have complained of questioned collection and billing tactics. Even when I wrote the head of the urgent care on -/-/-, there still was no correction They even added a debt collection fee. They actually owe me a refund of $24.00 which I demanded on -/-/2018 where through my bill pay I overpaid my bill. They also retaliated and when I complained pulled out an old bill on which the statute of limitations had ran and where I had disputed it and recalled even sent a payment in full payment. I wrote both the collector and the creditor, even sent a copy of the cease and desist statute and there was no correction or refund.
