Consumer loan managing the loan or lease March 22, 2015 - A company named Coast Professional Inc utilizing an address of - -, - -, LA - is attempting to collect a purported debt that if valid, would have been at least - years old. Under California law, where this purported debt would have arisen, the Statute of Limitations ( SOL ) is - YEARS. This appears to be a shake down by a shady firm who probably bought this debt for - cents on the dollar and is hoping that people will acknowledge the debt and restart the SOL. This is harassment.
