Colony Brands, Inc. Credit card identity theft / fraud / embezzlement July 2, 2016 - Someone stole my identity and used it to open a fraudulent credit card with Montgomery - to purchase merchandise. The first time I heard about, I received an invoice from Montgomery - for products that were shipped to a different address than mine. That should have been a " red flag, '' which they ignored. I contacted them by telephone to advise them about the fraudulent credit card. They promised to take action and did nothing. Since advising their credit department, I have written several letters explaining the situation. However, they actually let the criminals charge more goods, and ... |
