TD Bank Credit card privacy

April 28, 2015 - I have never missed a credit card payment an have an excellent FICO score, so imagine my surprise when I received an email notifying me that my - payment had not been received by Target. I paid that bill on time, mailed it with a return address label along with several other pieces of mail, many days before the bill due date.
