U.S. Bancorp Credit card privacy February 16, 2017 - I received an email from US Bank stating that I was past due on my credit card. I have always paid my balance off in full every month. I called on it, and US Bank somehow changed my address on my account. They were sending my statements to an old address ( -, -, MO ). Then, they hit my card with late fees and interest, and they said the address could only be changed by us calling or the post office. I NEVER authorized my address to be changed.
