May 20, 2015 - I was scammed in -/-/- by my credit card company and pay palcredit. I purchaced an item on line using my credit card only and was billedthru pay pal credit, opening an account without my permission. I believe mycredit card issuer gave personal info to pay pal credit without my authorizationin violation of their privacy statement. I believe they did this for a fee.
