Review and analysis of over 18 complaints against Pentagon FCU
Pentagon FCU consumers have reported over 18 official complaints related to Loan modification,collection,foreclosure. Out of the 18 consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU, 17% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Pentagon FCU responded to their complaint) and 94% were processed in a timely manner. 11% of consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 11% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Pentagon FCU Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure January 6, 2016 - Penfed acting as servicer of a - mortgage refuses to cooperate with making the mortgage affordable contravening - mission to prevent foreclosure. After a lengthy illness, lost of business, and divorce my income was seriously impacted. I asked PenFed to reduce the interest rate to make the property permanently affordable. A modification is a one-time event, I wanted to make sure I received - that I could afford moving forward.
