PDQ began collection efforts on - -, - as indicated by the attached letter from PDQ to me. PDQ is illegally and erroneously reporting incorrect collection dates to allow them more time to collect zombie debt. PDQ 's response thus far as been to state they will " not discuss a letter that is over 2 years old ''. The consumer protect act requires accurate and honest reporting. PDQ is neither accurate or honest in reporting these dates in my credit report. ... |
PDQ Services, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount December 25, 2015 - This is a continued filing of complaint - against PDQ Services Inc. I would also like to file the complaint against the credit reporting agencies as well. It appears that they do not verify information submitted to them or requested to be investigated by the consumer. They accept mediocre statements from collectors with no real intent in site. The credit reporting agencies allowed PDQ Services to report information of a medical nature which invaded my privacy even though they said that they did n't and I have reason to believe otherwise. ... |
