PDQ has reported this debt opened on my credit report as of - -, -. PDQ began collection efforts on - -, - as indicated by the attached letter from PDQ to me. PDQ is illegally and erroneously reporting incorrect collection dates to allow them more time to collect zombie debt. PDQ 's response thus far as been to state they will " not discuss a letter that is over 2 years old ''. The consumer protect act requires accurate and honest reporting. PDQ is neither accurate or honest in reporting these dates in my credit report.
