Grant & Weber Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount September 28, 2015 - The debt collector, Grant & Weber, refuses to prove that the debt is still valid and enforceable by failing to provide a copy of the signed contract. The difference between the debt being valid and expired depends on the existence of a signed written contract. Regardless, consumer has attempted to resolve the unpaid medical bill but collector is charging interest in violation of the FDCPA as they have failed to provide any evidence that they can collect interest. Grant & Weber Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 21, 2015 - Grant & Webber has not corrected their report to the major credit reporting agencies that their claim to me for medical costs has be settled circa 30 days ago. This is the only ding on my credit and is a false report until corrected by Grant & Webber. The false statement is that I owe anything at all, since this was settled by my lawyer and hence Grant & Webber is attempting to claim or says they are owed monies they are not owed. ... |
