I told them to send a debt validation letter and to only communicate with me via US mail. She refused, saying she could call who she wanted, and that this would be a criminal complaint. I reiterated that if there was, indeed, a debt owed, that she should send me a debt validation letter via mail, and she said she would 'just send a summons ' and hung up. ... |
