The company insisted that I owed. After that with this company - other companies are saying similar things. I am trying to get answers but no company will take NO! for an answer. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 5, 2015 - On the first note I had rented an apartment with - -, with several roommates, went to court and I was left paying out money but it was stated that once the balance was paid in full they names would be in the clear as well, but the made no attempt to pay. 2nd there is a - - account in my name but it 's in IOWA, different social security number, address etc. ( 3 ) The apartment - rented with them again roommates and now my credit is runied.
