On the first note I had rented an apartment with - -, with several roommates, went to court and I was left paying out money but it was stated that once the balance was paid in full they names would be in the clear as well, but the made no attempt to pay. 2nd there is a - - account in my name but it 's in IOWA, different social security number, address etc. ( 3 ) The apartment - rented with them again roommates and now my credit is runied. Just runied I need help
