I cancelled with the agent and did not renew it. The agent took it upon himself to extend the policy without my consent, now he want monies and is attempting to use a collection agency to collect funds for services that were not authorized or the renewal approved. The collection agency was given specific instructions to verify the debt by producing documents bearing my signature and approval along with other items and has refused to deliver. This in nothing more than " harassment '' and should be dealt with appropriately by your agency.... |
