Bank of America Credit reporting improper use of my credit report report improperly shared by crc February 3, 2017 - Someone opened a credit card with Bank Of America in my name and put a fake name on the account as well. They put all of my information as the primary card holder and had the card ( s ) sent to my address. Bank of America has no other phone number or address on file. There were no charges on the card. I closed the account. I want the credit bureaus to remove the hit on my credit for opening a card that I did n't actually open and then closing it.
