Bank of America Credit reporting department,

Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Indiana

Someone opened a credit card with Bank Of America in my name and put a fake name on the account as well. They put all of my information as the primary card holder and had the card ( s ) sent to my address. Bank of America has no other phone number or address on file. There were no charges on the card. I closed the account. I want the credit bureaus to remove the hit on my credit for opening a card that I did n't actually open and then closing it. It needs to be removed from my credit rating all together. I spoke with the Police department and they indicated to notify the credit bureau and the social security administration. There is no need for a police report because there are no charges to the account. I can not get in touch with any department of the credit bureau to notify them.
