Review and analysis of over 30 complaints against Regions
Regions consumers have reported over 30 official complaints related to Late fee. Out of the 30 consumer complaints against Regions, 7% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Regions responded to their complaint) and 93% were processed in a timely manner. 53% of consumer complaints against Regions resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 13% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

May 26, 2015 - invoices arrive the day before the due date. I pay the invoices the day they arrive in the mail. My account is charged a $75.00 Late because payment is n't received on time. Because its impossible to meet the terms of the card. There is no doubt in my mind they delay sending my invoices to intentionally collect the late fees. This card is a scam. I tried paying my latest invoice over the internet but surprisingly the feature on the account never works. April 14, 2015 - For recent months I 've rec 'd bills from - that include $75.00 late fees. This month - rec 'd my bill on - - ( though the statement date is - - ) and it 's due - - & they say it can take 7 days to process payments once it 's rec 'd at their processing center. I 've called about this before and they say that I should access my bill online and pay online to avoid late fees but I wonder if they should n't give sufficient time to allow consumers to pay by check after receiving the hard-copy of the bill?
