When I spoke to them during work hours, the rep told me that if I chose to not take care of the debt today that they would send someone to pick me up that day and proceeded to ask if my mother ( and asked about her name ) would be home that they would be waiting there too. I spoke to a supervisor at that time and she took my card information down so that they can retrieve the funds.
