September 13, 2016 - I was issued a credit card by Fifth Third Bank that I did not apply for. I had co-signed a checking account for my - mother about five years ago because she had trouble writing after her -. She passed away -/-/-. I notified the bank and they closed her checking account, but told me I need to call a special department at Fifth Third to get her credit card closed.
