PayPal Prepaid card adding money December 7, 2015 - Hello, I am writing to make a complain against Paypal - and - - - - which dealying adding money to my account and holding the money for a week without any progress ( PayPal Ticket # - ). On - ( Mon ), I bought - PayPal cash card ( each with $500.00 - and tried to load into my PayPal account. The loading failed with " my cash card error code = - ''. I retried several time and all failed with the same error. Then I called customer service in the evening and a ticket ( # - ) was created.
