I 've been trying for over a week to pay my balance of $84.00 but they wo n't allow me to pay in cash or credit card. And are now attempting to collect late fees on the money they refute to accept. I moved and am changing banks and been asked repeatedly for my routing number. I do n't have a number for them until I have a permanent address.
